Masai killen som var i receptionen när vi kom var nonchalant och inte välkomnande. Dåligt med personal i baren en dag klara jag av att beställa en öl av någon odefinierad anställd. Frukosten var inte bra, fattades juice en dag och det var inte mycket att välja på.

Towels were not in a good state. We even requested for replacement but no action was taken. Wifi wasn't working on television

The room was large and spacious. I loved the private out door sitting space. Breakfast was very good and came with a lot of options. Dinner was confusing to me, I felt like the kitchen closed too early.

The only thing about the room that I didn't like was that the room felt a damp. The shower also didn't work very well.

The location of the resort is good beach viewing,food was good,the staffs were good treated us like there own family. Jah bless

How comes you don't have a generator cz we stayed a day without lights, better do something about that,

Struttura accogliente, in perfetto stile africano, molto curata nei dettagli. Colazione abbondante.

In generale consiglio di rivedere il menù che comprende solo piatti vegetariani e di migliorare la pulizia. Abbiamo trovato 3 blatte nel bagno (lo staff ha provveduto a cambiarci stanza), anche all'esterno consiglio di tenere pulita l'acqua della piscina. Durante il nostro soggiorno è andata via la corrente in tutta Mombasa per un'intera giornata: la struttura è dotata di generatore che non ha funzionato! Quindi docce fredde, senza possibilità di accendere le luci e con la cucina che serviva solo piatti freddi.

Cleaning can improve. Not many places to go / eat at night - get to dinner early !

We loved the environment, nature, the concept of a green lodge, the hand-made furniture and decorations. It was clean, rustic, felt natural and different from the typical hotel. The staff and owner were very attentive, extremely nice and welcoming.
