"Beautiful hotel but personnel could be better"

Beautiful rooms, common areas and pool/ spa. Breakfast was good and location just outside of the center was perfect.

The view from the suite was a busy road, personnel was not very welcoming nor friendly. The bed was awful, you felt every spring in the mattress and with every moment the other person was bouncing.

"Individuelles modernes Hotel in Laufnähe zur Altstadt."

Individuelles Hotel mit ausgesuchter Deko zum Thema Bücher, gutem Frühstück und ausreichend Parkplätzen. Die verschachtelte Bauweise erinnert an ein kleines Dorf. Man läuft ca. 15 Min in die Altstadt von Angra.

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart und hatten nur eine Decke.

Täydellinen paikka muutaman yön majoitukselle! Mukava huone, jossa oli todella hyvä ja leveä sänky. Ilmastointi toimi moitteetta ja aamiaiselta löytyi kaikki perusjutut. Hotellissa oli myös kiva allasalue sekä ulkona että sisätiloissa. Hotelli on kävelyetäisyydellä Angran keskustasta ja autolla pääsi kätevästi muualle saarelle. Pysäköintitilaa löytyi reilusti hotellin omalta parkkipaikalta.

Tout l'ensemble.....

Le non remplacement des draps de bain le dernier jour. Ça c'est impardonnable. Dommage j'aurais mis 10/10

Ambiente, conforto .

Limpeza da suíte, valor da estadia com a suíte infestada de formigas e cabelos na cama e pelo chão … A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, ainda deitarem spray inseticida para matar as formigas e ficou um cheiro horrível na suíte o dia e a noite toda .
