Nos ha gustado bastante por su tranquilidad, limpieza . Y su vista al mar .Está situado frente a una hermosa playa y tiene mucho estilo y el personal súper atento y amable. Nos encanta todo del hotel! Solo me gustaría que hubiera más sombrillas en la playa y la piscina

Beautiful resort, quiet and stunning beach area. You can walk down the beach for a few restaurants but need a taxi to go to town. Check in was smooth, Gabriella was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautiful ocean view.

El hotel no está terminado, no había agua en la alberca por lo que no se podía usar y no tenían habilitada la cocina, por lo que no nos incluyeron el desayuno que prometían y tampoco compensaron ese hecho, solo nos mandaron a otro restaurante con precios exorbitantes (1pizza individual en $900 pesos) y un 10% de descuento, también las puertas traseras y del baño no cerraban y estaban dañadas, reservé con ellos especialmente por que incluían desayuno cosa que no cumplieron, le doy 2 estrellas solo por el staff Gibran y Gabi que fueron muy atentos todo el tiempo y super amables.

Beautiful new hotel right at the beach with access to great restaurants, the flamingos and bioluminescence. 20 minutes pleasant walk to downtown walking by the beach is closer. Beds are super comfortable and the view to the ocean from the suite is stunning! Super clean and beautiful contemporary decoration. AC works great. Hot water great! We would love to come back and stay again.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again! Carolina exceed our expectations!!!

"Buena ubicación, limpio, frente al mar, piscina. "

El hotel es increíble, está enfrente de la playa, en un sector muy tranquilo, tiene piscina. Carolina es súper amable, siempre está atenta y dispuesta a ayudarte con todo. Las habitaciones son muy limpias, en general me gustó mucho seguro regresaremos.
