Amber Beach Hotel at Hulhumale

We needed somewhere to stay in Male because our overnight flight had been cancelled. Amber Beach ticked all the boxes. They picked us up from Velana and in 10 minutes we were at the hotel. We had a light snack that evening and slept really well. Although breakfast was included, we were picked up at 7am and didn't feel like it. The hotel transport ran on time and we were met by a respresentative of the hotel at the airport. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Totally adequate airport hotel.

The balcony was small and the hot water took a long time to come through

The location was good. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet. Hotel pick up and drop off was excellent

The furnishings were of very poor quality. The hotel price was very expensive for the standard of hotel.

Good location opposite the beach. Breakfast pretty standard. Would have liked more fruit.

Die Lage ist sehr gut für die domestic und international Flughäfen dazu ist der Transfer vom und bis zum Flughafen inbegriffen. Das Frühstück ist auch super (Kaffee hier ist zu empehlen. Staff sind ausserst hilfreich!

Einige Möbelstücke sind in der Zeit gekommen und sollte ersetzt werden.

We received a room upgrade so had a lovely view of the beach. The bed was comfortable and the restaurant on the rooftop was convenient with food that was tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would recommend if you have a night at the front or back before heading out to the resort islands. Thank you, Amber Beach!

The property is ideal … especially for those needing a place to stay for a night on the front end / back of a visit to one of the Maldive island resorts. Provided us a private pickup to and from the airport.

Die Lage war bombastisch. Man konnte direkt auf Strand sehen und vom Balkon aus den wunderschönen Ausblick bewundern. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und auch von hartnäckigem Sand befreit. Mit den Schild (Do not disturb/Please make up our room) ging die Reinigung tadellos und nach eigenen Bedürfnissen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unmotiviert und nicht gerade hilfreich. (konnten schlecht Auskunft geben) Die Zimmer waren sehr schlecht schallisoliert. Man konnte alles hören, was im und ausserhalb des Hotels geschieht.
