Помешкання чисте з гарним ремонтом

Занадто сильний шум вулиці при відкритому вікні. Звукоізоляція досить гарна. Але через відсутність пульту від кондиціонеру доводилось або бути в задушливій кімнаті з закритим вікном або з галасом і сигналами машин але з повітрям. Відсутність громадської парковки. Наявність платної парковки з захмарними цінами.
