The Kumsal Hotel Oludeniz

Mijn zoekcriteria voor deze reis (vakantie + werk) was: parkeergelegenheid en goede wifi. Beide ontbrak. Geen hulp aangeboden, beloftes niet nagekomen.

Pictures far away from reality. Our room was so stinky ( humidity) outside room not clean. Breakfast poor . Receptionist so arrogant. Cleaners very grumpy. Outside hotel everything very expensive.

Personalul este amabil si incearca sa suplinească lipsurile hotelului. Locatia este ok, foarte aproape de plaja.

Micul dejun este foarte sărăcăcios, compus doar din branza, oua fierte si rosii si a fost acelasi timp de 5 zile. Foarte dezamăgitor ca se face preferențial pentru vechii clienti, fata de cei noi. Se simte foarte tare mirosul de canalizare. Au decat 4 locuri de parcare, insuficient pentru toate masinile. La piscina se simte mirosul foarte tare de mancare de la bucatarie.

Pas grand chose a part la proximité de la plage

Très chère pour ce niveau de prestations et qualité. Piscine ridicule et plein d'abeilles. Chambre mal nettoyé, trace de moustique écrasé sur les murs. Pas de place de parking.

Everything was awesome 😍 felt like home The staff are so friendly and helpful We stayed in a family room It’s duplex ground floor Room had two twin beds and a bathroom, the top floor room had a big bed and a Jacuzzi and a bathroom both floors had balconies with a sea view I highly recommend the kumsal hotel and their delicious restaurant Prices are lower than most restaurants in the area with the best food quality.

Hygiene, geluidsoverlast van het hotel ernaast. We hebben tot 12u ‘s nachts naar het muziek van het hotel ernaast mogen luisteren. En daarna hoorden we tot 2 uur andere gasten luid roepen.

Location was great just in front of the beach. Staff was friendly. Our mattress was really comfortable and we had great sleep. Breakfast was really good. We also tried the their restaurant for dinner and it was also good.

Internet was quite bad, and most of the times we could not get a Wifi reception in the room. When we had WiFi signal, there was no data. Other than that everything was good.

Отель очень удобно расположен, на первой линии. Рядом есть парковка, только места часто заняты. Очень насыщенные завтраки, также при отеле есть ресторан с очень приемлемыми для Олюдениз ценами. Понравилось, что нет ограничения по времени купания в бассейне. Персонал был приветлив и доброжелателен.

Не понравилось, что задний вход кухни ресторана находился рядом с бассейном, из-за этого все запахи жарки постоянно присутствовали при купании. Также было много мух в ресторане, но это я заметил во многих отелях.
