Не работал бассейн. Не закрываются двери и окна на балконы, пришлось придумать самодельные замки.

Its location and the professional and attentive staff! The food was excellent too! Very homely and probably the best location if you are looking to get away from the crowds but remain in a fantastic location.

Lovely large room, very clean, great breakfast, right on the beach so a perfect location! Would stay again!

The car parking lot has space for 3 cars only, so you will more than likely park on the side of the street - however we had no concerns when it came to the safety of our car on this street. Didn't replace your water daily like we have had in other hotels.

Where do we begin… - Issues with parking even though they said they had parking. They took our keys and said they would move our car, however we recieved a phone call from our car hire company to say our car was about to be towed. On arrival back at the hotel our car had not been moved as promised and we were greeted by an irate person whose car had been blocked in for over an hour. - On check-in we were not told they had given our top floor double spa room to someone else. We were only told after we paid and took our luggage to ground floor separate rooms. - Door cards didn’t work, one room had to be given a key. - No bedding, just a bottom sheet and scratchy thin waffle cover on top. We were also given a wet pillow in one room when we requested sheets etc. The bed in one room made us itchy. - Bathroom sink tap was almost falling out and the shower door handles were damaged. - TV had no signal. - Balcony sliding door could not be locked. - Pool was green and unswimmable. - Couldn’t get a coffee as the machine was not working properly and staff didn’t know how to fix it. - Water was turned off without notice so we had no showers or toilet facilities. - The tiles in the restaurant were full gloss on the steps and incredibly slippery. - The cleaning staff were nice but the rest of the staff were ambivalent.

The location was perfect- near the beach but not too close to the noise of the strip. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We requested a disabled access room which was given to us.
