The house suitable for family. But need to add more comforter or blanket.

There's a dust looks like haven't been clean for a month. Need to add hose at toilet so that easy to reach the water from the pipe.

1. Strong urine smell in the master room toilet If you sleep in the masteroom, congratulation you will be immersed youself in the smell for whole night. When I try whatsapp to tell, the person replied me that is not the urine smell but the drain. Actually I do not have the interested to know what makes the smell come out just I tell you the problem is that I want the solution from you. 2. Wifi no work We do not have the wifi for three days two nights. As he promised will checking the problem but end up no respond also. And I couldn’t find any wifi password stick in the house or host really can easily mention in the whatsapp check in process. I have to find myself. After I asked, he replied me saying sorry for mate reply because he was on meeting now??? Maybe to you is a side business income, but for me I use my money to pay for my stay. If you do not have a good time management for your side business, please hire someone, if not, please shut down your side business. Our money is not easy come as yours. 3. Small room air-cond broken They replace with a standing DIY brand cooler in the room and the mattress is thin. 4. Only one mirror in master room toilet The whole house do not have a normal mirror but only one toilet mirror in the urine smell master room. Somemore is like a funhouse mirror. You couldnt use it for make up. 5. China Hair dryer Two hair dryer was provided with the china plug?? And I ask he asked me to looking for the socket in the living room🤣 First, he asked me for RM200 deposit which doesnt stated in Airbnb and the reason given was the deposit just for security, didnt put in the system because it will takes 3-5days to refund, they dont want to delay customer so they collect it directly and after check out we can fully refund after cleaning. And my last day check out at 8.15am, until 5.30pm also they never return my deposit. And after I asked, he said wanna check with finance team? Your team so huge but couldnt solve any problem.

The bedsheet and the towel is provided clean and new. The apartment is peaceful and quiet.

The toilet is dirty. The floor is dirty. Seems like have been abandoned for a long time. No iron provided. No handwash provided. No drinking water provided. They even asked us to throw away rubbish. I previously stay at homestay, way better than this service.
