Ayama Wine Farm - Manor House

We really liked Ayama. The people are really friendly, we got a nice tasting of the wines, there’s a farmshop and a restaurant that’s open during the day. Recomendation would be to pay a litle more attention to the restaurants menu- food was ok but I think with a bit more attention it could be excellent.

We had a lovely stay at Ayama. It was a beautiful and quiet get-away. We loved being abe to walk around the vineyards and enjoy the views. The staff at Ayama were friendly and helpful without being in your face. The room was bigger than expected with tons of cupboard space, and the bathroom was enormous. The jacuzzi was also on the big side. It took a long time to fill, and there was only enough hot water to go about halfway - still enough to enjoy!

The accommodation was lovely and comfortable, like home away from home. The breakfast was excellent and we had such fun playing pool and lazing in the entertainment area while the fire was going. We also swam in the beautiful pool and enjoyed the views and garden.

The only thing that I feel needs to be changed are the pillows on the bed. They were extremely hard and not comfortable at all. Next time I will take my own pillows.

Charne and Chrissie were amazing, very welcoming and friendly. Made sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious and the food in the restaurant was amazing. All staff is super friendly, facilities very clean and comfortable. Beautiful gardens, clean pool, lovely towels. Everything was great!
