Amalò Guest House

It was a pleasure to stay at Ada’s and Massimo place. The owner is really nice and helpful, we’ve got everything we needed. Strongly recommend the place :)

Location is great. Well situated in the heart of Bari. Walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping district. Comfortable bed and good size apartment. Quiet at night. Ada, our host is just simply the best person to have as a point of contact - very helpful and always offering to help and promptly responds to queries.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay at Ada and Massimo's apartment. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. This was my second stay here during my trip, as I split my time between Lecce and Bari—and I’m so glad I chose to return. Their apartment is not only beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, but thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need—even a pair of scissors, which I happened to be looking for! To my absolute delight, they also left a beautiful bottle of Salento Rosato, which just happens to be my favorite wine—such a kind and personal touch. Ada went above and beyond by giving me fantastic recommendations on what to see and eat in the towns I visited. Her knowledge of the area is impressive and added so much richness to my experience. Ada and Massimo are truly gracious hosts who care deeply about making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here—you’ll leave feeling like you’ve visited friends, not just rented an apartment. I can't wait to return again! Ada is an absolute angel. She is so accommodating and helped me out so much! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (except washing machine which i knew about). She even left two cans of beer and water in the fridge and food for breakfast for the next day. Lots of coffee pods also. The apartment is also an easy 10 minute walk to the train and bus stations and five minutes walk to the Lungomare. I highly recommend staying at Ada apartment

Amalò is just the perfect place for a holiday in Bari. The house is so beautiful and unique. The hosts are a lovely family that looked after us and made us feel at home. :) Location is also great, it’s very easy to get everywhere.

It was more than an apartment. Ada, our host helped us in everything (bus and train timetables, finding stores and resturantes and even lifting us). Fully equipped, clean and cozy. All the necessary locations were almost next door. Our stay was excellent. Grazie Mille! 💎

Ada and Massimo! I have to start with them because they are the soul of our pleasant stay in the apartment. Kind, radiant and responsive. Their unobtrusive and friendly presence was with us throughout our stay in Puglia. In the end, they even helped us with our luggage so we didn't have to carry it with us all day. And now for the apartment. :-) The place has a special atmosphere and coziness. I don't know if everyone would like it, but I did. There is space and different rooms where you can do different things. A well-equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, snacks, and bathroom and toilet supplies are available. As can be seen on the map, the apartment is in a very convenient location. At the same time, the apartment is quiet and there is almost no noise from the main street. If we visit Bari again, we would stay at this apartment again.
