Super nice owners, very clean apartment, there is kettle and tea

Fantastic place to stay for even longer than the 3 days. There was a great washing machine, liquid to wash, airer rack , iron and board so it was easy to sort clothes for the next part of my trip. All the cleaning things were at hand so it was easy to keep the place ship shape! The hobs were easy to use and there was a good large fridge and little freezer. I found the layout very good and the sleeping area perfect. Perugia was spectacular and felt very safe to explore. I only travelled in the day as I am on my own

It was hard to get information as everything was in Italian. It would have been great to have details of buses to the centre as the short distance is very hilly . Few people walked around in the heat and used their phones for directions.

The room was of a good size and contained all amenities we needed. The kitchen in particular was great, with everything needed for cooking and making coffee etc. The washing machine was also a plus, although no detergent was included. Luckily you can buy detergent in single portions from a vending machine at the laundromat in the foot of the building! The couple who run the place were helpful and lovely :) It's a 15-20min walk from the Perugia train station as well as the city center.

The walking was no problem for us, but the location is on a steep hill, so this could be a difficulty for some. The room was a little chilly, and we had a hard time getting our laundry dry.
