"Great stay in Ostia"

I had an excellent stay at this place. The accommodations were very comfortable, and sharing the flat was seamless. The hosts provided a warm welcome, making me feel right at home. The location is ideal, with the beach just a stone's throw away. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the shore.

I couldn't find anything to dislike about my stay here. Sharing the flat turned out to be a non-issue; in fact, it was a smooth and enjoyable aspect of my stay. However, I recognize this might be a matter of personal preference for some travelers.

"Passable"

Pros: The host was very polite and welcoming.

Cons: The air conditioners were not working. The owner showed up and told us that they worked, just a bit wick (but we were paying for a place with AC that was not functioning). It was in July and it was very hot!. There are some stairs to climb at the entrance, event to get to the elevator, so this place is not friendly for elderly people or woth mobility issues (FYI) and the elevator is very old, sometimes other residents don't close well the door and it stuck on upper floors, so we were not able to use the elevator at all. The single beds were very small and boxy. This accommodation was somehow uncomfortable for my group.

"Nice apartment close to the water."

Nice apartment, roomy and clean. Host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Brought us food in the morning and it was delicious.

Booking was alittle confusing and ended up double booking one room, which was refunded promptly.
