"The stay was awful"

Nothing

Mold in the room. Television channels didn't work most of the time. I booked a different room and then was told when I got there that the room was not available. They gave me a substitute room and it was crap. And was not worth the price that I paid for the other one. The toilet would not flush half of the time. There was not enough towels or wash clothes in the room and when I went to get more could not find any staff to help.

"The most disgusting 🤢 hotel in Jacksonville Florida"

Other than the eatery & gas stations, nothing

The room was dirty I feel like I had no choice but to stay there because I was traveling on Amtrak and was with transportation. If I had a car I would have slept in the car. They make the pictures online look like a million dollars.

"Stinks. No key card."

It was a good price. A couple of food locations nearby which was convenient.

The smell was so bad. Like as you walk in the atrium, it just smell so bad. The room smells bad. The water smelt bad. There was a ‘power outage’ so I couldn’t get a key card. So any time I wanted to leave my room I had to ask staff to let me back in or just leave the door open. I went to get breakfast came back and there was no one on site. Not one worker. I waited locked outside of my room for over 2 hours before someone came to open the door. Not an enjoyable experience. And that smell!

The open indoor area

There were no key cards to rooms. The TV wouldn't work in 1 of our 2 rooms and we asked multiple times if someone would look at it but they never did. There was broken glass on bathroom floor that our grandson stepped on and cut his foot. When we reported it the staff acted like it was no big deal! The sheets were dirty on 1 bed. The pool was out of order. And after getting locked out of our room for the 3rd time staff had to take a crowbar to open our door and got snippy with us!
