Мне поменяли номер на категорию выше, так как в моем номере матрас был полностью продавлен и вонял мочёй, был с большими пятнами. Белье все серое, с черными волосами, везде пыль. В номере одна розетка. Умываться над раковиной невозможно, шкаф мешает.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter/-innen. Deswegen war ich auch bereits mehrfach dort.

Dem Okay Palace Hotel ist zu empfehlen, bei einer hohen Belegung des Partner Hotels Okay Boutique, auch ein entsprechendes Frühstücksbuffett im eigenen Hotel anzubieten. Während meines Aufenthalt Mitte November kam es häufiger zu einer sehr hohen Auslastung/Wartezeit des Frühstückbereiches im Okay Boutique Hotel.

"Great hotel in an excellent location"

It's a lovely hotel, the rooms have wooden floors. It's very clean, and in a fantastic location close to Royal palace and riverside. Staff is lovely - like everybody else in Cambodia.

Well the rooftop swimming pool is small, it's not really meant for swimming; I wish it could have been bigger.
