l appartamento di trova nei pressi della zona centrale di Karya. in una via tranquilla e silenziosa in cui è facile cercare parcheggio. L'appartamento è completo con un salone molto spazioso e un portico perfetto per colazione e per rimanere la sera con l aria fresca della montagna.

nell appartamento dovrebbe essere rinnovato il bagno e soprattutto la doccia che non essendocl chiusa rende difficile fare la doccia e mantenere il bagno asciutto. altra cosa da rivalutare è il letto della camera non tanto per la dimensione quanto per un materasso più spesso.

Το κατάλυμα είναι άνετο . Εχει ένα πανέμορφο σαλονάκι , ένα άνετο μπάνιο , μια κουζινιτσα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη , και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο . Το χωριό είναι ορεινό και αρκεί που ανοίγεις τα παράθυρα . Δε χρειάζεται air condition . Η βεράντα είναι ο,τι Χρειάζεται . Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μπροστά σε ένα πολύ ήσυχο δρόμο . Ο κ. Σπύρος και ο άγγελος είναι εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικοί . Ακόμα και σε ένα πρόβλημα που δημιουργήθηκε με το ψυγείο μέσα σε δύο ώρες μου έφεραν καινούριο . Και εξ αιτίας της «αναστάτωσης» μου έφεραν ένα σωρό καλούδια της περιοχής για την ταλαιπωρία , που δεν ήταν ταλαιπωρία . Εγώ έκανα στο κάτω διαμερισματάκι , πάνω υπήρχε ένα μεγαλύτερο που το είδα και ήταν και αυτό cozy. Τέλος το χωριό είναι το πιο όμορφο ορεινό χωριό της Λευκάδας . Με τα πόδια σε πέντε λεπτά εισαι στην πλατεία .

Να είναι λίγο πιο καθαρά τα σκεύη της κουζίνας. Τίποτα άλλο . Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό .

It was a wonderful 6 day stay. We were greeted by Mochi, the owner's mom who had just finished cleaning the house. She was extremely warm, friendly and she made us feel very welcome. We needed a few items for our stay and she lent them to us immediately. The house is wonderful, in a very quiet street where a car passes every 2 hours but only 300 meters from the town center. They could only be heard: cicadas, crickets in the evening and the rooster in the morning. Nothing else. All around a scent of pines and aromatic herbs. The house is large, for 4 people but we were only 2. There is a very comfortable kitchen, a very bright living room where we spent some nice evenings reading, 2 bedrooms and a very comfortable bathroom. The bedroom at the back of the house, which we used, has wonderful views over the countryside and hills behind the house. The highlight is certainly the wonderful terrace, with a beautiful, solid wooden table, huge, solid and comfortable wooden chairs. We had lunch, dinner, breakfast and spent a lot of time outside on the terrace and it was wonderful. It was very hot and, when necessary, we turned on the air conditioning a little, which worked well. For the rest we preferred to hear the sounds of nature, while we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a beautiful view of the pine forest opposite. The town of Marta is enchanting because it is very small but very lively. The small square with the huge trees also allows you to enjoy a little social life by eating excellent food or using the bar or bakery. Karya is on a hill, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the island, not crowded at all. Everything more than perfect. È stato un soggiorno di 6 giorni meraviglioso. Siamo stati accolti da Mochi, la mamma del proprietario che aveva appena finito di pulire la casa. È stata estremamente cordiale, amichevole e ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti.

I liked everything! Very nice villa, clean and with everything you need! The location, Karia, brilliant! And about the host... Maybe one of the most welcoming people. It didn't bother us on any day. I saw her only in the morning of the day of departure. Instead, every day he brought us to the terrace everything we asked for and what we needed. A lady of grade 10! I hope to be able to return to Portico Cozy Home soon!
