The Sydenham Snug

Great location and the host went over and above by helping me find the property when I was lost, totally my fault and then posting back w I’d left behind! Snug has everything you need, very clean and comfortable beds. Convenient parking just outside on the road, will deffo book again.

Clean and easy to access on ground floor

Very near to busy main road so sometimes noisy.

The flat was very clean and full furnished with everything you could need for your stay.

The apartment was located roughly between Lower Sydenham railway station and Sydenham tube station, 10-15 mins' walk to both. It was on a main road so it feels safe to walk around even at night. The neighbourhood is not for the typical tourist, but there is plenty of parking nearby so it can serve as an affordable base of exploring southeast London. The apartment's layout is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need for short and long term stay. The host was very friendly and responsive - we needed a hair dryer and he delivered one the next day.

Taking public transport to central London takes somewhere between 45-60 minutes, but then that was reflected in the price (for us).
