Beach front House

Location

I booked this property for two nieces that were attending a meeting in Wellington. Was very disappointed in the communication with the owner. My niece asked over the telephone if they could park their car in the garage and was advised that they should have given notice and it wasn't available for use. On the last day of their stay, the owner messaged the code for the code box that gave them access to the shed, in which my niece advised him that it was not needed at all as they had parked on the street. Was very disappointed that my credit card was then debited for the use of the garage and he has refused to give me a refund for his mistake and denied that the conversation took place on him saying that the garage was not available. DODGY GUY

Great location (but lots of road noise)

Old house in need of a renovation / paint Windows do not lock Sofa bed had no bedding (subsequently supplied) and is broken (owner told us to prop it up using the coffee table)

The location

The noise, the lack of kitchen tools or a bowl to prepare food, lack of comfortable seating for 4 people, very noisy creaky bed, all the rules listed in each room ie no explosives - lol, tiny toilet space (not suitable for a larger person).

Excellent location right across from swimming beach. Walk to waterfront. Private, lots of room.

It's a little more like a kiwi bach, so quite basic but everything you need. Sofa bed wasn't great.

Was a great spot to stay with nice view and easy to find.

The pull out bed didn't work properly. Was a bit of a mission to get code for lock box as cleaner didn't understand English that I met.

Great location but quite tired inside and beds uncomfortable. Also I feel the off street parking should be included instead of charging another $30

No bedding for the spare bed and the spare bed was very uncomfortable
