Beautiful hotel inside lobby and entrance

We booked a double room but was given a twin. The balcony has glass windows around it and with the air con throwing out heat on the balcony it was even more hotter than it usually is to even sit outside, also had a part of balcony full of pigeons and pigeon poo all over

Cockroach in the room.

The location is nice and close to a friendly neighbourhood with nice pubs and eating places.

There was a foul smell always in the room, the bathroom was chocking during every bath, No iron was available for ironing the clothes.

The location was good and easy to find. Site car parking inside hotel was an added advantage. All amenities were provided and housekeeping was regular. Balcony was a good option to sit in evening.

Breakfast was good but still can be improved by adding more options. Requested double bed but it was twin bed joint together even though it was not much uncomfortable.
