"It was good"

The breakfast was very average, there should be omelette, if nothing else. The extra blanket provided was quite thin.. It's winters so it should be thicker. Rest everything was fine.

Couldn't wash face properly in the bathroom due to wrong placement of tap

Nothing

The location. It was near garbage. The staff was unbothered. No soundproof walls. Way too noisy and it always smelled like food. The air wasn’t fresh and the rooms are full with furniture that isn’t of any use. The minibar was completely empty. There were not kits in the washroom either.

The staff was humble and responsive. The complimentary breakfast was pleasant. The bed seemed comfortable.

The housekeeping was inconsistent. We had to regularly call the housekeeper to refill water bottles and bring us new tooth pastes. Even there was no concept of cleaning the mattress linens without asking.
