I like the location of the property. The environment is serene and calm.

it served our purposes for work. the water does not have that typical salty taste that alot of properties have. the shower water was instant hot. easy location to get ubers.

the security guard is aggressive, intrusive, and a bully. we submitted out IDs for a 'seamless check in' as suggested by the host. The uniformed gate guard let us in, and we loaded the elevator with our bags. And then some man wearing a t-shirt, sunglass, and flip flops said we were not allowed to enter. this man never identified himself but proceeded to grab my bags out of my mother's hand. this resulted in the situation escalating. he was a menace. I informed the host who stated that we were not the first guests to complain about this man's aggressive approach. If they have received multiple complaints from multiple guests.... then something should be done. And it has not. I have never had a security guard act in this manner in Kenya, anywhere, ever. This left me with a very poor opinion of the location and makes me not want to book again. The pool was always busy and packed while we were there. There is NO a/c in the living room. there is only one fan stuck on the wall. It does not do the job effectively. The pictures make the place look bigger than what it is. the beach is not very accessible.

Sarah is a very good host and responsive to all your needs. Emma the housekeeper was amazing too. We enjoyed our stay at Nitro and would recommend to anyone visiting Nyali. House was really good value for money and is close to shopping malls and fun centers with transport very accessible. It is a nice place and very clean.

Could do with some full length mirrors maybe... not so much to complain about on the whole really.

The house is very modern and well furnished. The host was extremely nice and ensured that we had everything we needed. The housekeeper was extremely thorough with the cleaning. Overall, it was the best accommodation I've ever had. Would highly recommend.

The property is clean and fresh , spacious and well laid out , location to the beaches was fantastic, on the main road so transport was so easy to come by , very secure and modern. Sarah was a fantastic host looking after our needs, I’m so glad I booked with Sarah as if your looking for a vacation spot this ticks all the boxes and more

One small point was distance from local shops and a supermarket , although transport is cheap at best you would need to make sure to stock up on all the essentials in one hit rather than back and forth Neighbour doing building work till late at night , wasn’t an issue but noisy , sure he will finish soon
