"Ok but cold and humid as the weather"

Convenient, calm, well located to discover the island, easy parking in the street

The weather was cold and wet and so was the apartment, with one 1 mobile heating we were changing room depending on the one we were using and being above a garage didn’t help heating the atmosphere. Maybe we should have asked for an extra heating.

Excellente localisation et aucune difficulté de parking du véhicule à proximité (juste en face). L’isolation phonique et thermique était parfaite également. Propre bien agencé et confortable.

The apartment is located in Reveira Seca, a very central part in the island so everything is 40 minutes max by car. Everything was clean and comfortable when we arrived, and the apartment has all of the equipment needed to live. It even has a nice balcony :) It is a great value for money.

"Appartement confortable et propre pour découvrir la magnifique île de Sao Miguel"

Très propre Équipements pour bébés/jeunes enfants (chaise haute, parc, barrière pour les escaliers) Stationnement facile dans la rue au bas de l’appartement Super balcon avec vue sur le champ et les vaches Généreux panier de bienvenue Arrivée facile et autonome Bon emplacement pour explorer la magnifique île

Pas d’air climatisée Équipement de cuisine très rudimentaire (manque plusieurs outils pour pouvoir cuisiner avec aise) Pas de lave vaisselle ni de grille pain (étaient inscrits sur la fiche pourtant)

"FW mit guter Verkehrsanbindung"

Nette Überraschung am Ankunftstag. Schöne großzügige FW mit einem Balkon ins Grüne. Gute Ausgangslage, um die Insel kennenzulernen. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Die Fenster eines Schlafzimmers gingen zur Durchgangsstraße. Die Geschirreinrichtung war etwas spärlich.

"Very Good"

Nice and convenient location. The apartment is big and confortable, the bathroom is also big and well equipped. Beds are confortable. Washing machine and dryer available are a plus.

Sheets were not superclean. Lots of mosquitos and no mosquito nets on the french doors, that could not be left open at night (thus it was hot and there is no air conditioning). For the price paid, kitchen equipment is very basic (for instance, there are only 4 unmatched glasses and cups, no wine glasses, few pans, etc. No oil, salt, sugar available). It is plenty if roosters in the back yard, that wakes you up from 3am (not a responsibility of the host, but still quite disturbing). We had recurring problems with the hot water (probably due to low water pression, the hot water heater not always got started).
