Hotel Palam Hills

The place is well located ... not too far from the airport and withing a walking distance from the main market.

We had booked a triple room here, for 2 nights on our incoming leg and 1 night for our outgoing leg of the journey. The room was of a good size but being on the 1st floor was too hot to stay. When we tried keeping the window open to cool it a bit, it got filled with insects in no time. Then we had to move to a double room on the ground floor, which was bearable but a bit too cramped for 3 people. While checking out on 02 August, we requested Mr Abbas at reception to ensure that we had the same/similar room on the ground floor for our next stay on 05 August and he assured us of the same. However, when we arrived there on 05 August, he offered us a double room on the 1st floor again!! He was unapologetic and almost bordering arrogance! We decided not to stay there and he was nonchalantly indifferent!!! The food at the hotel is nothing to write about.
