Excellent location, good food... could be better. Process and systems need to be deployed and out in place . Rest all is very nice

The reception needs training and one person in particular needs to be more courteous and trained in etiquettes, the room floors are dirty bcos of wooden floor, curtains are in shambles , no hot water.. just name sake, AC units shud be serviced since very noisy, my room on first floor was stinking of cigerette smoke, room locker doesn't work... needs repair, payment methods should be streamlined. Room bill for my guest for room 104 Mr Sameer Chawla was not given to him, though it was paid by me, these are small issues which I think as a Senior Citizen and frequent traveller needs your attention.
