"The best apartment"

The host was exceptional, communicating with me if I had to ask a questiom. The apartment was Sylish & Chic, the decor was amazing and everything had been thought of.

There was nothing not to like.

Lovely location with a lovely modern interior accommodation. This property has all of the basics needed to have a nice calm stay.

IPTV kept disconnecting and wasn’t able to watch TV.

"A perfect clean apartment. Close to Southend front."

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Close to all what we needed. The Apartment was clean & the bed was comfortable. The small little heaters that are provided were perfect for just keeping off that evening chill. Absolutely cannot fault. Parking outside the property is pay using the Ring go app or you can pay using the meter.

Nothing we didn’t like. I guess if I had to be fussy, there were no coasters to put down when you’re having a cuppa.

Everything was great, great location and had everything we needed.

Parking cost £20 per day extra, would be great if the property owner could provide permit for the parking.

"Superb weekend with friends."

Great location, excellent facilities,comfortable, clean, perfect for family or small group of friends . The rear garden was a real bonus, with table and chairs to sit out and have breakfast etc.

"Beautiful, Clean, Cosy Apartment Near The Beach."

The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, cosy, warm, close to the beach and not far from the city centre. Staff was friendly and helpful. It also had nice touches such as toiletries, Echo Dot, tea, coffee. Nice garden area. Lovely ambience.

Hartington Rosd was a bit messy with rubbish on the pavement.

Very clean. Place is quiet enough. Short walking distance to the beach and city centre.

I can hear the footsteps from the apartment above but that didn't spoil our stay.
