"Lovely flat, stylish & modern facilities in a great location. Would definately stay here again!!"

The location was perfect for the seafront entertainment, which we mainly came for, for our vacation. Easily walkable distances & mainly flat for my disabilities.

No coffee & tea provided. A mat for inside the shower, to stop any slipping would be ideal.

was very clean, well kept, decorated, perfect location for quick break!

nothing much, just need few little extras to help with cleaning and wet clothes only coz it’s a sea side town most likely there will be sand and wet clothes.

Perfect location, perfect host, perfect stay! Sooo happy with the whole experience! The host consistently went above and beyond, was easily contactable, hugely thoughtful and showed great taste and anticipation of guests needs exhibited through the many little touches throughout the property. Seeing that this was an extremely sought after property I booked as quickly as possible, and I’m glad that I did. I know now that this is the only place I want to stay when in Southend. There’s so much good about the place and the host that I want to keep it to myself - but she deserves every credit. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here - you won’t regret it!

Nothing. Parking in Southend is always going to be an issue but the host did everything possible to make it as easy as she could.

It had everything you need for a short stay. There was a private patio area, so we could sit out. Very modern decor and very comfortable.

The fridge was too cold, and ruined food.

"Everything you need for a perfect stay"

Beautiful apartment, has everything you need and more. The little touches like the decor, the crystals in the bathroom etc literally blew us away. It’s within a stones throw of the seafront, close to anything you need!

Parking was expensive but it to be expected in a seaside town. We couldn’t get outside the property but there is a car park just round the corner
