"Exceptional"

The location was really good(close to the main market) and we had a good time.

Breakfast options can be better. Also, the room should have been prepared before we arrived. Check in time was 11 and we came at 2 PM and the room wasn't prepared and we had to wait.

"Just a few LEH things"

The people managing this hotel are the true gems. From the moment you enter, you are enveloped in a cocoon of warmth and welcome, so much so your little niggling complains are forgotten.

Unfortunately for seniors not being able to alight right at the doorstep is sometimes a setback. The food quality is good, but a little more hearty snacks and meal items may help. Maybe the days special dish or two would attract customers to eat at the restaurant

The staff were super friendly. Anu was the event organiser who gave very useful information on scooter hire and locations to visit (which I followed). The manager introduced himself to me and Leh and the hotel itself.

Nothing really. It was off season so some of the things in Leh and the surroundings were closed.

I liked practically everything. The room was super nice and clean, the staff is very attentive and helpful, the restaurant is super nice and the food is delicious.

"Comfortable, Cosy, Clean and Memorable !"

The ambience, the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff behaviour was amazing. Ms. Anupama is such a pleasant woman and she was an absolute gem since she provided so much information for accessing touristic spots, stores etc before even asking. Very resourceful woman !

There is nothing that we have not enjoyed at this hotel. If there is something, I would only say to include Ladakhi food options for breakfast too :)

"Warm hospitality, great comfort, and a stay made special by the staff!"

Great location and very comfortable rooms with excellent insulation. What truly sets this pace apart is Anu Pema—an incredibly warm host who takes care of everything seamlessly. At the end of the day all hotels are just four walls, but she and the staff make it feel so much more!

Breakfast was nice, but I’d love to see a few more local dishes! It felt a little Western, though I get they’re catering to different tastes :3
