1. We arrived at Guest house and the place was overbooked. We were told to cancel the booking despite having made full payment for the reservation that was non refundable, we refused until we were booked somewhere else I think this place should not be on booking.com

ZAHorrible service from this owner. They double boked and kicked us out sending us to some dodgy location. We had to leave before our actual time ans travel in the night because we could not sleep at the other place they decided to throw us at. Honestly, the worst experience yet. I have never seen such. He has no respect for his guests. Shocking behaviour that I have ever experienced in South Africa.
