"We will go there again"

We got breakfast for just 700 JPY although we haven’t booked it in advance. They cleaned the bath and made us a new bath for just us using it as family bath. We had dinner at the restaurant included in the property and could even do karaoke to entertain our kids while waiting for the food to be prepared

I bit hard to use public transportation to go there. Buses and trains only run every 2-3h

"Bad"

1.0

No one at reception upon arrival. Room not ready on arrival (after check-in time). The room was dirty and there were no clean sheets. Noisy until late at night and woken up by the television at 5am. This was my worst experience in Japan and on Booking.com which I have used for over 10 years
