douceur d'algarve

C’est la deuxième fois que nous revenons ici en famille. Accueil toujours au top. Orlando est au petit soin. Nous avons apprécié les changements apportés à l’appartement. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine sans hésiter ! Séjour parfait ! Merci

1)The DAILY constant power cuts (it started always around 5pm...see photo how dark it was) that must have been linked to the outside but are connected to the inside. Thank goodness we had a torch and on the end we needed to stay somewhere else. 2)The water was shortly going cold...so having a warm bath wasn't possible 3) The lack of instant repair or help (the owner lives in France and the "house ward" lives somewhere in Albufeira but both could just say "WE DON'T KNOW"; it never happened before.... 4) Builders junk, dirt, and mess on the front terrace; impossible to sit outside 5) The house was more a building site and it was unpleasant to stay there whilst everything was covered in mess. 6) The air condition failed to warm the rooms constantly, and it was pretty chilly in the evenings&nights in December!

Beds and pillows

Ignorant staff at the shop/cafe, location uphill, bad directions at night, host tried to charge 20 euro as our flight was at nighttime for him to be there to let us in which wasn't mentioned at booking. I thought it was cheeky. Bathrooms outdated, moldy. No Internet unless you are standing at the door. Communication terrible if you needed anything. Won't be in a hurry back.

Size of the property was fantastic. Nice out door space. Pool and bar area well kept and maintained.

Cleanliness was quite poor, dirty floors which had not been mopped. Food container with food inside, which had not been been washed. Mould in showers and flaky white bits coming off the walls or tray of shower.

Perfect location easy walk to old town host was fantastic and apartment had everything we needed and pool and staff were excellent

nette en schone lokatie en omgeving. alles goed bijgehouden, mooie eenheid met alle appartementen, zwembad en centraal gelegen.

wifi werkt gewoon niet. dan beter niet vermelden. nu alleen maar klagende kinderen, veel 4G verbruik. huisje prima, veel standaard aanwezig en schoon. wat klein onderhoud zou fijn zijn, klemmende deur, lampje vervangen, een toilet wat soms door bleef lopen maar verder prima.
