River Pearl Villa

Great stay, thanks!

Гарний, чистий будинок біля річки. Кухня обладнана газовою плитою, є каструлі, пательня і посуд. Тихий район, добре спалось під спів пташок. До аеропорту 5 хв машиною. Власник був добрий і відвіз нас в аеропорт.

Sehr schön gelegenes ruhiges Haus. Gute Ausstatung zum selber kochen. Sehr hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Besitzer. Die Besitzer waren jederzeit erreichbar. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

The Villa, comprised of a ground floor with sitting room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Even though the cooking utensils are there, there is no smell of food lingering in the atmosphere and that is a plus point. A stairway leads to the upper floor where the bedroom is with a big lounger and shower room. All this is set in the midst of a peaceful garden filled with trees and plants and the river running beside it. 😍. There are garden stools and tables arranged nicely and an open bar hut. There’s a shower place by the villa. It’s a restful place with lots of privacy. And just a short walk to the main road where you may get your groceries. It’s a really convenient place. The host, Prasanna and wife Nilaka, were most welcoming and hospitable, and leave you in complete peace unless you request their presence.

There is nothing I did not like about River Pearl Villa.

Excellent place, very clean, reliable, helpful. The owners are great people, welcoming and polite. We recommend this place. It’s a little quiet paradise next to the river. Everything works perfectly, the kitchen is complete, there is a Cargills and the market next door. Airport at a few minutes by tuk tuk. Convenient and safe area.

.The Villa has to be one of the best places i stayed in Sri Lanka. The fittings, furniture,lighting,were all perfect. I could easily imagine myself in Southern Europe. A totally equipped kitchen is included also. Convenient for the eirport,5 kms waay.

Liked everything.

It peaceful environment and excellent facilities on site made my stay very comfortable

The villa was modern, beautiful, and clean with sun lounge on the roof top and tables by the river surrounded by exotic vegetation. The host was amazing, he made sure we got everything to have our stay as comfortable as possible, as well very knowledgeable about the touristic attractions all over the country. The location is close to restaurant - so it was extremely convenient.

The location was beautiful, the place was spacious and clean. Mr. Prasanna went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. Definitely staying here next time we are back in Colombo.
