This property is spacious and conveniently located near the airport. It features a large balcony, perfect for enjoying a relaxing dinner. A nearby shopping mall makes it easy to pick up anything you might need. Andrea was a pleasure to deal with—she ensured everything went smoothly and even helped arrange our transportation to the airport.

离火车站很近，也就300米，从火车站坐一站就到机场了，适合晚上到，转天早上提车的人。公寓门口有一大片停车位，但是如果你回来的很晚也有可能没车位。钥匙很好找，给的指引非常明确，还在房间里给客人准备了很多好吃的、咖啡和茶，厨具一应俱全。

没有需要改进的。

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per una notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’alloggio era in ordine, pulito e dotato di un ampio terrazzo perfetto per rilassarsi. La posizione è super: a soli 5 minuti in treno da Roma Fiumicino, molto comoda per chi deve prendere un volo. Il proprietario è stato molto sbrigativo e disponibile, rendendo tutto semplice e veloce. Esperienza assolutamente consigliata!

Spacious,clean and bright apartment with 2 bedrooms and a terrace; comfortable bed and availability of pillows, comforters and towels. The host Andrea was very responsive and helpful about getting to Rome and also arranged a car to the airport the next morning.

Location is only one stop (4 minutes) on the train from the airport but the ticket is €9 per person. There is no sidewalk from the train station to the property. The area looks very sketchy and I would not walk there after sunset. Taxi from Rome center costs ~ €50. The apartment would benefit from the bedroom chandelier being fixed, the loveseat been cleaned and the bathtub divided from the rest of the bathroom. Wi-Fi worked after rebooting the router.

The last Stop on a whirlwind tour of Italy next to airport and very convenient. several breakfast options were provided. Nice Kitchen and table for 4 inside and more seating outside on the deck, very spacious , Washing machine available. Shame we could not have stayed here longer as the place was very nice, very close to the airport for our early morning flight.

Amazing place, Andrea was so helpful with the check-in and organising transfers for 4am. Apartment was perfect, clean cosy with everything we needed and a good terrace to relax. Short drive from the airport or 1 stop on the train which was super easy. Right next to a large shopping complex with plenty of places to eat.
