Had close proximity to airport

Very dangerous area. When we arrived we thought it looked a bit rundown but proceeded with our stay due to the many good reviews. Then we got robbed within 5 minutes of arriving. The host didn’t speak great English but did try her best to accommodate us with the situation which is the only reason we didn’t give a worse review. I don’t believe this property is correctly represented. The police that assisted us told us it’s a very dangerous area even though the host assured us otherwise.

Although at first it was hard to find the location was good. An easy 5 minutes walk to a big mall and to the train station. Neighborhood seemed safe.

Breakfast was not really great. Just some pastries and cereal in a container. I would have preferred someone to meet me in person and explain the use of the place. (I did not really have a big problem, though.) The shower in bathroom has only a half-door, so the floor got soaked when taking a shower.

Spacious, clean, easy check in/out, host had great communication. A super lovely basket of breakfast items and table setting.

Very generous hosts. Lots of breakfast and really spacious apartment.

Exceeded expectations - nothing bad to say.

The hostess Andrea is awesome! Excellent breakfast waiting for us with coffees/teas, milk and yogurt besides the wonderful pastries. Apartment was spotless, fully stocked, and welcoming decor. There's even a lovely patio to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The bathroom has a giant tub that one of us enjoyed thoroughly. Andrea even sent videos on how to open the outer gate and pick up the keys in the lock box. She told us all about the options for dinner near-by. She set up our early morning taxi to the airport. And only 10 minutes from the airport and so much cheaper than those expensive hotels by the airport! Would stay here again if I get an opportunity to return! Grazie mille.

The only downside was the noisy neighbors which, of course, she could not control. But by 11p, all quiet and slept well.

Proximity to the train station and shopping mall. The apartment unit is very clean.

It would have been better if we were allowed to check in as we arrived early in the day.
