Upon check in

First thing i noticed there was not any staff to greet and get you checked in. 2 there was 2 homeless looking people coming off the elevator. The room was clean but the odor from either the cleaning products and it might have been from people vaping. It had that smell. It gave me a headache and even after fettjng home and taking 2 showers the smell still lingers. It was a very unpleasant night of very restless sleep. At least at motel 6 you can expect it to be run down looking but you'll probably have a better night.. having to check my own self in a bit strange. Never will.i stay there again.

Hotel entry doors not ADA. Difficult to get thru in a wheelchair. Bed too low for my disability. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of space for wheelchair maneuvering. Overall good stay

Mediocre at best, given 2 bath towels, walls are super thin, staff is not professional, and there were 5-7 people hanging out side as it looked to be drug deals!

The rooms are supposed to be only accessible by key fob, but I found the side door leading to parking both open and unable to lock. Regardless, staff were friendly and helpful, and the accommodations roomy. The TV system requires inputting your Netflix or broadcasting from a smart phone; but, I found that the latter option did not working with Airplay. In general, a decent budget stay—so long as you bring your own entertainment.

My wife and I enjoyed the cleanliness and the comfortable setting of the room. The amount of space for storing clothes, food, and other items was wonderful and the overall room setup was great. The only issue we had with our stay was the constant door slamming throughout the day/night probably from the longterm stay Tennants, and I personally felt on edge every time I would take our dog outside to the bathroom because there was always a group of people hanging out by the side door/dumpster area in the evening every time I would go out. The one incident that really set my nerves on edge was the first night aeound 9pm I took my dog to the pet potty area near the dumpster and from the moment I walked out until I went back inside, there was a vehicle that immediately pulled out of a parking spot and then stopped their car in the middle of the parking lane facing me with their lights on, but didnt pull back into a spot or leave the parking lot. They sat in the middle of the lane and just stared at me for the 5 minutes I was out there. I didnt feel comfortable allowing my wife to take our dog out potty by herself. I am an Afghanistan war veteran and I dont get uncomfortable easily, so when I start to feel uneasy about a situation, I take that feeling very seriously. I was never threatened or harassed during our 2 night stay and the few people who said anything to my wife and I were very polite and respectful, but we felt we should share how I felt about our evening dog potty trips

The room was large and everything looked clean. However, there were no kitchen supplies and after driving 560 miles I did not want to sit down and make a list for them so they could bring it to my room. The next day I asked for two frying pans and a spatula so I could at least fix breakfast.There was no phone in my room and when they brought it, I kept getting phone calls all hours of the night from people trying to reach the front desk. There is no one at the front desk from 11 PM until seven in the morning. There are no draperies on the window so I heard every car starting and the light from the front of the hotel was coming into the bedroom. There are no closets and a rod to hang my clothes on was missing. They said that two rooms were missing rods - it seemed to be a problem that people took them. Rather hard to believe that.There was nothing to indicate that a rod had ever been placed underneath the cubbies. The website says that the rooms are soundproof. However, that is not true. You can hear every footstep above and every time the chair is being moved. I have never been so tired when I checked out of a hotel. By the way, I mentioned all of these issues to the staff. I have not heard anything yet from the manager.
