The photos on booking.com don’t match the premises on real life, almost everything is below substandard there was ant 🐜 infestation, a cracked window, no hot water on on the 1st day a very noisy generator which made it impossible to relax let alone sleep, TV didn’t work I have video evidence of these but, unfortunately the review has no feature to share videos.

One of the best places to be the guys where so nice and caring

The staff was friendly. I enjoyed my stay. It's good close to town and very affordable.

It is not handicap user-friendly. The room upstairs was good, the first bunch of stairs were good, but the last ones were too steep and because of my condition I couldn't climb them. Also, when I asked about a shower chair, they gave me a steel garden chair, which was uncomfortable.

Good value for money. We stayed for one night before flying out from Harare. Room was clean, staff gave helpful advice what to explore in the area - Mukuvisi woodlands and Three Monkeys for lunch (great with kids).

Rooms were small, we had a diesel generator running most of the night near our window, the shower and toilet are in one small cubicle which means that after having a shower the toilet is wet. You could actually have sitting on the toilet.

The outside view was terrible. I had to ask for towels and bath soap. The duvet was not ironed properly.

The staff was very helpful. On the second day, I checked in very late, but I was warmly welcomed and assisted.
