PALAZZO LA ZAGARA

I would totally recommend staying in this apartment - it was a lovely week in Palermo. Best things to be listed: - very comfortable beds - great contact with the owner, we felt much welcomed and taken care of - amazing location - everything you need is close by walking distance - free parking - the apartment is well equipped and has everything you need, it is very spacious

There were minor inconveniences which stopped me from giving the max score: - there is a leak in the shower door which makes the bathroom easily flooded - the apartment is rather dark and the walls are thin (bring earplugs) - we got some ants appearing in the kitchen and bedroom - it's very hard to find a parking spot in the area

The location was lovely, the apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well organised and they spoiled us with a bottle of wine.

The beds in the smaller rooms were not omfortable. The shower leaks and makes a big puddle on the floor. A small mop in the bathroom would be helpful : )

Cleanliness

Christine was an incredible host. She has welcomed us and even provided a surprise gift (as we stayed during the Christmas period). Very quick on answering our questions and always available. The apartment is in a very good location of the city, quiet during the nights, and very well connected. The wifi is great, and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would definitely stay again.

Three rooms and location

There was a difference between what booking.com said would happen with payment and what actually happened. I think I was overcharged for city tax and had to pay twice. The host could not explain what happened.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 10pm. The host was so kind to wait for us to give us the keys and show us the room. The rooms were very clean and big. All equipments were tidy and clean.
