Central Park Nest

The location is perfect and very close to old town, the area is safe and very well connected with the city center

The building is old and the aisle towards the apartment is scary and dark, the elevator is small.

Host tried his best, to reallocate us to another apartment, when we called him and told him the situation (no water on the second day).

The problem is not the apartment inside (inside is surprisingly modern), but the building where it is located. It is a building that looks abandoned/under construction and then we understood that apparently in Bucharest they use a lot this kind of buildings as Airbnb... but this is not good, because they are very old buildings that will possibly collapse when there is a tremor/earthquake (the elevator is very old and it is scary to enter). In addition to this, the apartment has a giant leak and a big humidity problem, this has to be repaired urgently before continuing to rent it. On the second day of our stay we had no water at all (due to the humidity problem it had to be turned off) and the host relocated us to another much better apartment. Unfortunately, and even though the communication with the host was good, we do not recommend this apartment at all :( It is simply not in a condition to be rented.

The apartment was nice, spacious, and good airconditioning. The host communicated consistently, provided instructions for entering the property and getting the keys

The building and the hallway outside the flat felt very unsafe for women travelers like us. The elevator felt unreliable like it would stop anytime, there were no lights at the stairs with the room in the 6th floor, the lights in the hallway were sensor-operated but opened late so we had to walk in the dark for a while. These are external factors since the flat itself was good as advertised but are important considerations for women travelers in ensuring their safety and comfort

The appartment is located at the Cismigiu Park.

I would recommend installing air condition for bedroom too.

Main rooms were very clean and the aircon worked well in the 40degree heat. The location was great next to the park and walking distance to the train, restaurants and shops. The washing machine was very handy as was having a small balcony to dry clothes on. The outside of the building was not particularly attractive but that is not unusual in Bucharest, so it was nice to have a clean modern apartment inside. It was easy to communicate with the owner and to access the key.

The kitchen was ok but could have done with more cutlery and utensils. The bathroom was quite small. The elevator in the building was very small, stuffy, hot and not always reliable. Sometimes it would stop between levels and you would have to try and get out and use the stars.

Prime location, good value for money, good facilities. Perfect for a family!

The building looks dodgy with not so friendly neighbours, Alot of flies in the master room.
