Relaxed and friendly check-in and out. Comfortable stay.

Difficult to cool the rooms down; the windows didn't open far. Consider mounting the lounge TV on the wall, and putting a narrow table with stools underneath the TV. This would give more bench space in kitchenette.

Only stayed for a night but such an easy check in and check out process and great communication with the hosts. It's a room with ensuite and lounge area and a sofa bed to fit 1 person in the lounge. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood which was exactly what we were looking for. Will bookmark this place for future stays in Hamilton.

We had our own breakfast although it was on offer.

Being oldies and not used to Netflix etc would have preferred to be able to get normal NZTV channels. We don't go in for Netflix or films but realise that most people are into all of these things and there was a large range.

Very tastefully set up great value

The accommodation was handy to Te Awamutu, where we needed to be most of the time. The unit was readily accessible. The hosts were easy to contact and helpful.

The meal preparation and dining facilities were very limited. The description of the property in Booking.com states the unit has a kitchenette. That is inaccurate as there was no kitchen sink and inadequate bench space. Also, no cooking facilities beyond the small microwave. The bed was adequate but had complaining springs, which seemed to scream for relief when I sat on them. The sofa was uncomfortable. Walking through the bathroom to the bedroom wasn't ideal.
