Beach Loft Poetto

Ta bliskość plaży, widok na morze, ogród w którym można było odpocząć na leżakach oraz zewnętrzny prysznic, który był bardzo przydany, a ciepła woda dodatkowym komfortem. Aneks kuchenny był dobrze wyposażony. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, łazienka funkcjonalna.

Z jednej strony piękna lokalizacja przy samej plaży, ale niestety z drugiej strony obok domu bardzo ruchliwa i głośna droga w dzień i w nocy. Tego się nie spodziewaliśmy, bo wszyscy piszą jakie spokojne miejsce. W domu nie są zainstalowane moskitiery i to też niestety wpłynęło na jakość naszego pobytu. Duża ilość komarów zwłaszcza w nocy była bardzo uciążliwa, okna musiały być zamknięte prawie cały czas. Kolejna sprawa to brak instrukcji i rekomendacji, które są zawsze mile widziane przez wczasowiczów.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand in Quartu Sant'Elena nahe Cagliari. Ein wunderschöner kleiner Bungalow mit Charme. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Über den Garten ist man gleich am Strand. Das Wasser ist sehr klar und sauber. Es ist im Apartment alles vorhanden was man braucht. Durch den nahen Strandende Poetto hat man einen schönen Blick. Per Bus oder Auto erreicht man schnell nahe liegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, sowie nahliegende andere schöne Ort und Strände aber auch Cagliari selbst. Ein Leihauto zu nehmen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wir waren nach der Hauptsaison da und es war alles sehr angenehm. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt vor dem Bungalow zur Verfügung. Die Hauptstraße ist sehr stark befahren, bekommt man aber im Bungalow und Strand nicht mit. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank :)

Struttura nuova e molto pulita. Buona dotazione di elettrodomestici. Proprietari disponibili ad accontentare in tempi brevi le richieste.

La spiaggia e il mare di fronte alla struttura sono sotto lo standard di bellezza della Sardegna. La struttura si trova su una strada molto trafficata e senza marciapiedi, non c'è nulla raggiungibile a piedi (bar, supermercati, ristoranti...). Materasso del divano letto un po' scomodo. Stile della casa minimal ma poco funzionale (bagno sprovvisto di porta asciugamani e porta rotolo...). Descrizione dei posti letto non corretta: vengono menzionati un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli in una camera più un divano letto in soggiorno, in realtà ci sono i due letti singoli ed il divano letto in un unico spazio. Presenza di zanzare a qualsiasi ora del giorno.

Un paradiso vero. Posizione favolosa davanti al mare, col giardino che dà accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Accogliente, nuova, pulita, arredata in modo semplice ma di gusto, il bagno una chicca. Parcheggio privato. Luminosa, silenziosa.

Mancava nel bagno qualcosa per attaccare gli asciugamani, la cucina ha proprio il minimo indispensabile per cucinare, mancava una tovaglia, la doccia fuori aveva lo scarico intasato e il frigorifero aveva qualche problema di manutenzione, come alcune luci. A piedi vicino non c'è nulla,, è essenziale avere un'auto.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’appartement était propre, confortable et bien équipé. La plage est immédiatement accessible par le jardin, pas trop de monde malgré la période, idéale pour les enfants. Nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir !

Pour être pointilleux, manque un peu d’ustensiles pour nettoyer. Le sable est permanent dans l’appartement du fait de la plage à proximité

Staying at the beach loft was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a bright, airy space filled with natural light and the soothing sound of waves just outside. The decor was modern yet cozy, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true escape from everyday life. Waking up to sea views every morning was a dream. The private tarace offered the perfect spot for coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset. The location was ideal—close enough to walk to local cafes, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The loft was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly maintained with care. The hosts were friendly, responsive. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already planning my next visit. I highly recommend the beach loft to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway.

Only minor details, but it would be great to fix them: A more equipped kitchen, a smell in the closet, broken sunbeds, some detergent and dish washer tablets, and it's a bit noisy from the traffic.
