Çorlu Aras Hotel & City Center Location

The hotel is in the city center, so we could walk everywhere. The welcome at reception was warm and friendly. Our room was very clean and had a spacious feel. Breakfast was rich, especially the tea and cheese selection.

The minibar in the room was empty — it would have been nice to have a few drinks available. Other than that, everything was great.

There was no hygiene.The walls were wet,the bathroom and the toilet were dirty,the bed sheets too.They offered us a new room wich was even more dirty than the one before,we decided to book another hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The inconveniences started from the first moment we arrived because although in the property description is mentioned that the property has private parking, we had to park the car on a narrow public street next to the hotel and to sign that the hotel does not assume responsibility for any damage to cars parked in the "parking lot". We stayed in rooms 404 and 405, everything was very dirty in both rooms, the radiators only heated one corner and it was extremely cold, 2 of 4 of us got a serious cold after staying in this hotel. The rooms had AC but we didn't received the remote controls and without them the AC couldn't be turned on to heat the rooms. There is no kettle in any of the rooms.

Excellent customer service. They took personal the safety of the parking of my car. I had an attached mountain bike on it so they advice me where to parking it so it will have full coverage of the cctv camera. Very friendly personer and the breakfast was lovely and tasty.

I like the location of the hotel and possibility that there was place to park my car. Also breakfast was good. I will visit the hotel again with my family.

TV does not have any TV chanels available to watch.

Nothing. It's zero star hotel. Staff very rude, overcharge from us, room not as what we booked. I booked Dulex Triple room for Family (1 big bed) and 1 small, but we received zero star triple room with three different bed, All night very cold even not have any blanket and hotel turn off the heating system, AC in room without remote, staff is missing from reception. if my child I'll I will sue the hotel and to booking.com to show wrong property with wrong details. booking.com show me 38 Euro but hotel charge 40 Euro. I want totally refund, I will upload later all the photos what we received. very poor light in room, no tv, no hair dryer, broken toilet and wash basin.
