Sehr gute Betreuung durch Host, ausgesprochen freundlich und um Lösungen bemüht. Grosse Sachkenntnis, Tips für Umgebung erkunden bestens. Schnelle Hilfe bei Taxi und Scooter besorgen, sofortige Response bei Anfrage via WhatsApp. Sehr saubere, gepflegte Anlage/Innenhof mit exotischen Pflanzen.

The owner met us promptly and check-in/checkout was smooth. Potable water was available although it could only be accessed outside the property.

It’s important to know that this property contains multiple flats in one. Ours was a two bedroom home, and the other home was probably nicer. Photos online make the place look bigger than it is. We felt it could have been cleaner as it was very dusty, and there were hairs in the shower. The accommodation was extremely basic for the price - no kitchen facilities as advertised, but it doesn’t make sense to provide a microwave and fridge with no kitchen bin or sink. We were obviously expected to wash dishes in the bathroom. We received no waste disposal instructions anyway and Italy is very strict about recycling! The bathroom and facilities are all dated - like they just wanted to sell rooms without upgrading anything about the place. Simple things like a towel rack and washing machine detergent (why provide a washing machine without it?) would have made this place more liveable. There was also a lot of construction noise but the owner can’t control that. As a result it was pretty uncomfortable and didn’t feel like a holiday stay, so we moved into a hotel after one night.

Giuseppe è gentilissimo e ci ha spiegato tutto ciò che era possibile visitare, fare, mangiare, eccetera. Il posto è ben servito, a piedi si arriva al Bar Calise in 7 minuti e lì intorno c'è tutto. Inoltre, la spiaggia di Citara, anche se non la mia preferita, è vicina. Noi siamo andati a piedi. Se imbarchi l'auto, questo B&B fa per te! Per noi è stato comodissimo. Io ed una mia amica abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanze, e ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene. Giuseppe è stato un host eccezionale: gentile, disponibilissimo e molto preparato. Ci ha accolto con il sorriso, fornendoci una lista curata personalmente con le migliori mete e i luoghi più belli da visitare a Ischia (davvero utilissima). La posizione è molto strategica: a soli 50 metri dalla fermata del pullman, comoda per spostarsi facilmente in tutta l’isola, e vicina al centro. La camera era impeccabilmente pulita, nulla da invidiare ad uno hotel, dotata di tutti i comfort per una casa, tra cui l’ acqua potabile sempre a disposizione (non scontata per un pernottamento). Un gesto che ci ha colpite particolarmente è stata la sua premura: sempre pronto ad aiutarci e, con grande cortesia, ci ha persino regalato di souvenir come ricordo del nostro soggiorno. Oltre alla bellezza di Ischia, sarà anche grazie a questa splendida esperienza e all’accoglienza di Giuseppe che torneremo sicuramente in questa casa vacanze. Consigliatissima!

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è moderna, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort necessari. La posizione è ottima in quanto si trova vicinissima ad una fermata autobus. Giuseppe, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile fin da subito fornendoci tutte le informazioni e consigli di cui necessitavamo. Consigliatissimo!

A beautiful, spacious apartment with sea views and an amazing terrace where you could watch the sunset. It had everything we needed and the owner is friendly, helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend!
