Unfortunately I could not experience the place

That I had to pay a booking which was then cancelled whiles on my way and could not access my refund till now and was left stranded that night and had to drive back to Soweto midnight And even now no one has called to say we apologise for the cancellation and please expect your refund no later than this day

The place is quite and relaxing

They didn't give us blanket and they didn't clean our room when we're out.

The bed was not comfortable No coffee Shower was smelling

Clean and beautiful also spacious

Nothing

accessibility to main attractions, easy to access and get to in seemingly a safe neighborhood

The bed in the loft downstairs was so uncomfortable 😱😒🥹🙆🏾‍♀️😳definitely new comfortable bed needed! Mugs kettle teaspoons but no coffee/tea, sugar and milk for guests :( 🫩😒

The property is situated at the greatest view point of the nature the location is straightforward

The staff was so UNPROFESSIONAL and DISORGANISED, 1 I was called 30min before I arrived to the property n told that I can’t access the property bcz something happened to the property and I booked 2 rooms but I’m being told about 1 that I can’t access 2. There was no contingency plan made for me incase of emergency, I was told to cancel the booking on my side and look somewhere else for my stay no help was offered 3. The receptionist was very rude and did not want to hear our frustrations as we were travelling from far and she kept on sending us from pillar to post until she (Jeanette) ignored us completely. 4. I was told to cancel the booking bcz it was done a month prior and we also realised that the prices where inflated by the time we got to the venue to check in hence they wanted us to cancel our booking. 5. Update no one called to explain as to why this happened and refund us our booking money. I won’t recommend anyone to book at The Mansion they don’t treat clients fairly.

Janet and Thafi were amazing!!!! True Angels on Earth they were so welcoming and warm and very accommodating 🤍 The place is close to the shopping center which is nice
