NP Boutique Lodge

Self check in and out was a simple, easy to follow process. Communication was helpful and kept to a minimum, which we appreciated. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend for those looking for more of a boutique cabin experience in Big Bear :)

Only one full bath for the two bedroom, and the bathroom counter is quite small to put your things

It was a great little cabin for our family of 3. We really liked having the patio furniture because the weather was beautiful during our stay.

The only complaint we had was a lack of counter space in the bathrooms. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience.

Bit confusing check in at first - but ok - but lady on phone was very helpful

Breakfast was not included, we had to go outside for breakfast. I think every stay should include breakfast as we are paying that much so owners could provide breakfast for guests

More blankets and staff could do cleaning every day since trash gets full

I did liked everything I really enjoyed

It was clean, and had the essentials and answered the questions we had quickly. Very spacious and honestly a very aesthetic place to stay at.

I loved it, the only thing is the check out time that's it.
