"Exceptional"

The owner is just the nicest guy. He speaks English and helped me navigate Puno, and gave me a good choice for a great pizza. Lovely young man that works really hard. The bathrooms where clean and there is hot water, which is nice to have after 2 days on Lake Titicaca. I saw him cleaning the stairs and keeping the facilities clean while I was there. Great host. In addition, the beds are comfortable with many covers to keep you warm. Puno can get cold. Finally, it's 10 steps from the bus station to continue your journey. Excellent place to stay.

Room is comforts and warm. Hot water is really hot. They provided hair dryer and heater, that was awesome !! Breakfast with egg, papaya juice and bread, coffee and teas Staffs are so nice and friendly !!

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed at ( and I have surprisingly low standards so that says a lot)"

The only good thing about this hotel was that there was hot water and it was next to a sushi restaurant

I didn’t have a shower curtain, there were so many stains on the sheets (looked like blood), I wasn’t given any toilet paper. Also when I first arrived the doors were shut and there wasn’t anybody to let me in so I had to wait outside for over an hour and a half.

To us, the rooms didn’t look like the pictures. No ambiance at all. We asked for early breakfast because of an excursion and it came way too late (with an apology) so we skipped breakfast. Also sometimes the water was cold and/or completely shut down. The people there are friendly (no english) but the overall experience was not good, too much money for what we got.
