The apartment was cold and sparsely decorated. No (working)bedside lamps. a sofa that didn't face the TV. Restricted internet.

The apartment is nothing like the photos. That may have been what it was like when first built but now it is tired and a mess. The carpets were dirty, the blinds in the living room could not be opened or closed, the pillow in one bedroom was stained and filthy, the quilt cover had holes, there was black fluff all over the carpet and there were long dark hairs on the towels. There was no hot water on the evening we arrived and we had no idea how to boost it and only 3 wine glasses provided for an apartment that sleeps 6. The sofa bed collapsed when a 15 year old girl went to sleep on it. The front leg fell off and I had to reattach it with a knife. It screamed tired and not luxury at all.
