La piccola REGGIA

Diciamo che ci è piaciuto tutto!!,poi secondo me Rita,(la propetaria, di casa),è sempre molto attenta ad accontentare il cliente per quanto riguarda ilaa discorso servizi,dalla biancheria ad altre cose che non sto quī a elencare,altrimenti qualcuno potrebbe pensare che sono di parte!!!,ma non è così!! Secondo me in generale,l'appartamento e tutti i vari servizi ,(oltre che la proletaria molto gentile, simpatica e preparata ad aiutare l''affittuario, Perugia è una Gran Bella città!!!,Sicuramente ci torneremo per visitare ancora questa bellissima città e dintorni. Consigliato Veramente !! Top!!!

Good location, quiet

The apartment felt mouldy and dirty The toilet flushed onto the seat, which was really disgusting Inside was dark and ugly and a bit depressing The apartment does NOT look like the photos I would have left after the first night if it was possible.

It is an exception appartament with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. location is great, in a quiet area. Owner is super helpful and always gets back to you immediately

Good quality to price ratio, apartment is nicely located next to historic centre of Perugia, many good places to eat nearby. Good for 1-2 people, not more.

The apartment has little natural light, a little cold.

Location was good. Rita was very helpful and solved the issues I had.

Wi-fi isn`t reliable. I dont recommend staying there for more than three nights.
