small garden and the location to the town, the store cupboard was very very stocked if you are cooking, plenty of herbs spices, oils etc

there was no space in the kitchen cupboards to put any of our food/snacks. Our food had to be kept on the work surface. No simple instructions on how to work the coffee machine or the oven

Spotless clean, very comfortable and all fixtures and fittings high spec and luxury

Beautiful well equipped cottage- sadly we couldn’t stay the two nights as the internet had gone down due to a failure in the supply and wasn’t fixed in time which meant we had no tv or internet which we needed. But we were informed beforehand and offered a refund etc so we decided to stay one night instead of two as we had a family event to attend.

Upgrade sofa in living room but still lovely

This is a stylish property for a couple. Very tasteful and contemporary decor. All the essential items for a short or longer stay. Lovely enclosed garden which would be great to sit out in. Abstract artwork by the owner are through out the property as are lots of art and design books. Close to the river and the heart of the village.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable cottage, with great facilities. It felt really restful.

Not having designated parking was a bit of a hassle, but plenty of on street parking round about. We would have liked there to have been a microwave, but appreciate that the kitchen is compact, and otherwise brilliantly equipped.

Gorgeous little cottage, very comfortable & stylish. A little difficult to find when we arrived late & in the dark - confusion due to the name "Aviemore" & not actually "Painter's Cottage"! Resolved with a quick call. Really helpful communication with owner re restaurant recommendations.

On street parking a couple of streets away, not a major issue, but a little inconvenient. Blairgowrie itself not all that appealing but lots to see within driving distance.
