The views were beautiful, the room was very spacious, the shower huge and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and your poached eggs were perfect each time sharon!! The hostess, sharon, was lovely. We are at a very local pub each evening, the village inn, which Sharon recommended which was very good prices and tasty. It was very close to Denby pottery and the British car museum which we were there for. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

Beautiful views, lovely big bedroom, clean, good breakfast and perfect base if visiting all the National Trust properties in the area. Made to feel very welcome by Sharon.

we had a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed our two day stay very much. Our hostess Sharon also recommended a local pub where which served excellent food so all in all ,a great couple of days.Many thanks. Mary and Mike.

Not the easiest place to find.

The property was ideally located and quiet and relaxing.

There was nothing to dislike.

The property is set in its own grounds that is being renovated over time to a high standard. The house is lovely and the rooms and bathrooms are very large and really well presented but the biggest plus is the cleanliness. Every aspect of the room and bathroom was spotless - a real credit to the owner who looks after the property herself. The owner was welcoming and friendly and she cooked a lovely breakfast in the morning with summer fruits and yoghurt followed by a full english - thanks Sharon..!

The blinds are not blackout blinds and in the summer the sun rises very early...some nice curtains on the windows would finish the room off beautifully..
