BGThe apartment is located in a new, modern building. The surroundings are well maintained with green areas, fountains, kids playgrounds, several places to eat/drink. In addition, it is at 5 minutes walk from a shopping mall, and several bus stops which makes it easy to go around the city. The place was also relatively quiet (excluding some inevitable noise from neighbors) and the view from the 19th floor is amazing - you could see the castle, the UFO bridge, old town... The apartment itself is also really cozy, with separate bedroom and living room+kitchen - feels like home. The bathroom had some necessities - cotton pad, ear sticks, tampons - which is a nice touch. In addition to the towels provided per person (one large and one small), there were additional towels for the hands in the bathroom and in the toilet. There are lots of places where you could store your clothes and other stuff - which makes it a comfortable choice even for a longer stay.
Kitchen might benefit from having more utensils/cutlery, and maybe at least a toaster. TV didn't have any channels, but we have a Netflix subscription so it wasn't an issue. The first night we discovered there were no sheets on the bed, but this was fixed the next day by the host ( Sarah). Also, toilet is separate from the bathroom which is slight inconvenience but not a deal breaker. The pillows were a bit shapeless.
