The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I am actually so impress with Padang's people hospitality. They are so welcoming its makes me feel so bad😅😅. The room is nice and the environment is very peaceful. The food ia good. Tea and coffee served in the cafe is sooo good I forgot to ask and buy some to take home.

The wifi is not very good. Can be troublesome sometimes but we dont really mind it bcoz we were out most of the time. I extremely want to reccomend the owner to change the sofabed. Please throw it away before somebody get hurt. It is so old you can feel the spring metal come out. The room i stayed was nice but I dont reccomend it to tall ppl more than 170cm. You should pick other room. They have plenty of nicer room.

Amazing staff and location in Padang

We stayed at one of the small 'houses' in front of the main building. Great staff who go out of their way to facilitate, good food, clean room. The lobby is a nice place to sit and communication is easy and fast (they also notify you about breakfast and dinner via WhatsApp). No bugs. It's not expensive.

The Deluxe Room was a separate 'tiny house' in front of the main building. It looks nice from the outside, but has very thin (1cm thick) walls made of plywood and it's very close to the road, or actually two roads separated by a canal. These roads have lots of traffic starting at 5 am until late at night. Combined with multiple mosques really closeby (first prayers starting at 5 am), we weren't able to get much sleep. It felt like we were literally sleeping on the sidewalk of a highway. Probably the noise is less obtrusive in the main building. There was no warm water in the shower, only cold water.

great staff, some spoke English well. the breakfast was very nice and enjoyed the plants. having communication on WhatsApp was helpful. was nice to have a shared kitchen

there was a huge burning pile of garbage smoking beside our room we breathed in all day. the air conditioning barely worked. walls are so thin/barely there and directly next to a mosque (which I’m used to in Indonesia but this is LOUD) had problems checking in needing a marriage certificate, was not clear it was a shared bathroom and bucket shower.
