Cleanliness. Staff are very friendly.

About breakfast, no choice of food. Not like before, Roxy have lots of food choice, but this time only serve nasi hujan panas, porridge & fried noodles. Even no boiled egg serve.

I was inform of the temporary electricity cutoff during my stay, but after the electricity supply is back, the room aircon was not functioning properly. I was told the technician was unable to rectify the issue until 9.30pm. Then the hotel offer us to switch to another block. The pool was not well maintain, full of branches & slimy. The pool floor mosaic mostly come off & very unpleasant. When i was offer to which to another block, i was not allow to use the pool due to my previous booking was under another block. I message the management about request for earlier checking in time twice before the stay but were never replied.
